All Sample Society boxes begin shipping on or around the date shown on your Dashboard. Once your box ships, your expected shipment date will be updated accordingly. You can expect to receive it within 7 days of the updated ship date. You can track your shipment in your Membership Profile.
Yes, each monthly gift code expires 60 days after the shipment date. You're issued a $15 gift code each month that you're enrolled in Sample Society. Check your Dashboard to view the expiration date for a specific month's gift code.
Yes. You can redeem your $15 gift code on any $50 purchase — as long as that order includes at least one product from the brands you sampled that month.
Your $15 monthly Sample Society membership fee includes shipping.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. We recommend that you cancel by the 24th of the month to avoid seeing credit card authorizations for the next month's box. Please contact our friendly customer care team at (888) 696-0423, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded for any boxes that have shipped already.
You can update your account information at any time through your Dashboard or by contacting customer care. Note that the shipping address must be updated at least 1 day before your next scheduled ship date, or else that month's delivery will not reflect the change.

Your card will be charged on your ship date each month. Once your box ships, the ship date will be updated on your Dashboard. As long as you're enrolled in the Sample Society program, we will continue to charge your card and send you deliveries each month.

You will not be able to view which samples are included in your box before receiving them.

Your Beauty Profile is a short questionnaire that we use to capture your beauty needs and preferences. There are only six questions in your Beauty Profile, so it should only take a few minutes to fill out.
If you'd like to receive samples that are more relevant to your needs and preferences, then it's a good idea to fill out your Beauty Profile with your information.
We do our best to select products that complement the needs and preferences saved in your Beauty Profile. However, Sample Society's mission is to curate luxury products from the world's best beauty brands — and introduce our members to the latest colors, formulas, and breakthroughs. Chances are you won't be smitten with every single sample you receive, but we hope you'll always love trying out the products...and discovering new favorites in every box.
You'll still receive five deluxe-sized samples — handpicked by our beauty experts — every month you're a member, but the samples may not be quite as relevant to your particular needs and preferences.
Yes, but if you fill out your Beauty Profile after the 15th of the month, the next month's box may not reflect your saved information. The box you receive two months from then will be more customized to your beauty preferences.
No, unfortunately you will not be able to edit your Beauty Profile after you save it.
