Return shipping is easy, fast and free! To return any item(s), simply go to My Account, then Order History and use our new Do It Yourself (D.I.Y.) Returns Tool to get simple return instructions, including a prepaid return shipping label. You can also contact our Customer Care Center via phone (1-888-696-0423) or email (customercare@beautybar.com). A friendly Customer Care team member will take care of the details and provide an email message containing a prepaid, printable UPS return shipping label to apply to your package. Your return may then be handed to any UPS driver or dropped off at any of thousands of UPS drop-off locations. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund, along with an email message confirming receipt.

The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Simply apply the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer care representative to the box. Give the package to your UPS driver or drop off at any UPS drop-off location.
