One or two days after you place your Beauty Bar order, our package arrives on your doorstep.
You're excited to try on the best-selling lip gloss you read about in a fashion magazine.
But after you glide it across your lips, the color isn't flattering. It's disappointing, but it happens.
And since we'll never ask you to settle for a product that isn't 100% perfect for you - we made our return policy ultra-easy.
Just send it back and we'll issue a full refund - no questions asked. We'll also pay for return shipping.
Let's face it: you won't know whether you truly like a beauty product until you see it in your favorite mirror,
try it on your skin or smell it for the first time. But that doesn't mean you can't experiment.

How to Return A Product
Return shipping is easy, fast and free! To return any item(s), simply go to My Account, then Order History and use our new Do It Yourself (D.I.Y.) Returns Tool to get simple return instructions,
including a prepaid return shipping label. You can also contact our Customer Care Center via phone (1-888-696-0423) or email (email@example.com).
A friendly Customer Care team member will take care of the details and provide an email message containing a prepaid, printable UPS return shipping label to apply to your package.
Your return may then be handed to any UPS driver or dropped off at any of thousands of UPS drop-off locations. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund, along with an email message confirming receipt.
Packing And Sending Your Return
The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Simply apply the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer care representative to the box. Give the package to your UPS driver or drop off at any UPS drop-off location.
