For Best Effect: To dispense product, turn base of tube in a clockwise direction. (It may take several clicks upon first use.) Use Eyelash Fortifier nightly, on cleansed eyelashes and eyebrows, just before bedtime. Using the applicator tip, apply a very small amount of gel to the base of the upper lash line. Pat gently with a clean fingertip to distribute evenly along the roots of the lashes and onto the eyelashes themselves. This product is for external use only and should not be applied directly into the eye.
