How to Use:

• Remove the cover on the patterned side of the pad and dispose of these.
• Place each pad in the areas marked with a square with the patterned side facing the metal stud.
• Remove the covers from the black side of the GelPads. Do not throw away since you will need them to cover your GelPads once the session is over.
• Place the beauty device on your upper arms and follow the instructions provided in the manual.
• You will be on your way to sexier and firmer upper arms in weeks!
