Essential Elements: This lightweight SPF 30 formula provides a safe, non-irritating, instant UVA and UVB protection for the delicate under eye area.

For Best Effect: Use mini fan brush or larger makeup brush from under eyes to lid to brow bone. Reapply every two hours throughout the day for continued protection.
