For Best Effect:Flip the cap up. Twist the top counter-clockwise to unlock. Cover all holes with a cotton product. Push down to pump liquid. Saturate cotton. Press down on each nail for five seconds. Firmly pull cotton toward the tip of the nail. Twist the cap clockwise to lock again.
