Fekkai Advanced Protein Rx Anti-Breakage Treatment Mask

I started using this once a week a couple months ago, my hair was definitely in a less than desirable condition. It was always dry, coarse, brittle and overall bad looking. I've mistreated my hair for years with hair dye going from dark to light and vice versa. Now, I'm not saying this was the end all product for my hair misery, hair doesn't just get magically fixed again overnight after having been abused for many years. That having been said my hair is in a much better condition now than it was before I started using this. Any time I do use it I notice a lot less breakage and it makes my hair feel super soft. It smells fairly sweet, I'm not sure what to compare it to..perhaps a vanilla-y cotton candy-ish type smell? But I don't really think the smell lingers afterwards. While it says to only leave it in for a little while I typically put it in, throw on a shower cap and leave it on for a couple of hours while I do stuff around the house. I've never noticed any negative side effects from doing so, if anything my hair seems to like it more when I do.

My hair is shoulder length and using it once a week one jar lasted me 10 times, which comes out to a bit over 2 months. Each time I use somewhere between a teaspoon to tablespoons amount. I wish it was a bit cheaper but I usually buy it when there's a 20% off coupon so that makes it better.
