For Best Effect: Prime lashes with a light coat of mascara. Slowly pull the wand from the container. While mascara is still wet, partially close eyes and lightly touch lashes with the Fast Lash wand. The fibers will cling instantly. Apply a second coat of mascara. The fibers will absorb the mascara then expand. Only a small amount of Fast Lash is needed to achieve dramatic results. It is recommended that you begin applying at the outer corner of lash line and work toward the inside.

Because this product is based on technique, you may need to practice a few times to get the look you want. Use only with regular mascara.
