For Best Effect: Suggested use is 1 to 3 times a week, but Boost can be used daily without harm. After applying Nourishing Cleanser on dry skin, apply Boost to forehead, cheeks and chin and massage onto skin for a couple of minutes. Leave Boost on for 7 to 10 minutes and then remove with a warm towel.
