For Best Effect: Squeeze a quarter-sized amount of the shampoo into your palm. Work it into a rich, luxurious lather. Rinse thoroughly. Then massage an even amount of the conditioner all over your skin and body. Leave it on for two to three minutes. Then rinse thoroughly (repeat if necessary). Pat your skin dry with a towel.
