I searched a long time for this powder foundation. Seems very hard to find, even to test it out. I love mineral make-up and was excited to try Colorescience. When it arrived, I applied it with a Flawless Face Brush (by BE). It looked great going on, but then I had this sort of chalky look. For reference, I am a C-6 or NC43 skin tone. I purchased Taste of Honey. I thought it would be perfect, but it wasn't a match.
If I can see these again in person, I'll look at the next golden shade down. However, I don't believe that a darker shade would be right, since minerals are based on undertone. The color selection should be expanded a bit for darker skin tones. Sticking with my current brand for now.
